I am a troglodyte by nature, but after taking this course I will at least be able to understand what people are talking about and apply most of what I learned in the field. Liked the videos and the visual aspect also the downloading of the tools and software.
For the entering BAS professional, this course is gold mine of information. It will help me talk more confidently to IT professionals when I need to request things from them.
